Dualoo enables precise assignment of rights based on four central roles: Admin, HR-Manager, recruiter and rater. This differentiated distribution of roles ensures that each user receives exactly the access rights they need.

Backups of your data are created several times a day. To prevent data loss even in extreme cases (e.g. destruction of the data centre by an earthquake), the encrypted backups are stored in several data centres. All data transfers between users and servers are encrypted.
