How much training is required?
Dualoo’s user interface is intuitively designed, which minimises the amount of training required. In addition to the option of setting up Dualoo yourself with the help of the training centre, we also offer individual training courses. For companies with up to 100 employees, Dualoo can be set up in a four-hour training course for administrators. For companies with more than 100 employees, we recommend an eight-hour training course.
What technical requirements must be met?
Dualoo is a web application and only requires a web browser and a stable internet connection. There are no special hardware requirements.
Is the support really free of charge?
Yes, the help centre answers many questions about Dualoo – explained step by step. If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you personally and free of charge by chat or telephone.
Can I customise the settings, templates and designs myself?
Naturally. You have full access to your individual Dualoo settings. Would you like to formulate the mail templates differently or do you need additional templates? Do you have great photos of employees that you would like to show in your job advert? No problem! You can customise this and much more – without a time-consuming ticket to our technicians, but completely independently and at any time.
Do I have to enter all templates myself?
No, don’t worry. Dualoo is already fully functional in the demo account. Best practices are stored everywhere – e.g. in the mail templates or in the cover images for your job advert. Individual changes to the best practice templates or the addition of new content are possible at any time.
