Can I continue working directly after the demo account and transfer all data and settings?
Yes, after the demo account you can continue seamlessly with the subscription. All settings and data are automatically transferred so that you can continue working without interruption.
How much training is required?
Dualoo’s user interface is intuitively designed, which minimises the amount of training required. In addition to the option of setting up Dualoo yourself with the help of the training centre, we also offer individual training courses. For companies with up to 100 employees, Dualoo can be set up in a four-hour training course for administrators. For companies with more than 100 employees, we recommend an eight-hour training course.
What technical requirements must be met?
Dualoo is a web application and only requires a web browser and a stable internet connection. There are no special hardware requirements.
Do I have to enter all templates myself?
No, don’t worry. Dualoo is already fully functional in the demo account. Best practices are stored everywhere – e.g. in the mail templates or in the cover images for your job advert. Individual changes to the best practice templates or the addition of new content are possible at any time.
Is a live test also possible?
Naturally. All Dualoo functions are available to you in the demo account. So nothing stands in the way of a live test. Place a job advert on various channels and play through your first application process with Dualoo.
