Exceptions

  • a job is filled by a person who has been working in the company for at least 6 months
  • a job is filled by relatives of an authorized signatory of the company;
  • the employment lasts no more than 14 calendar days;
  • the employer itself finds and hires jobseekers registered with the RAV — their profiles are published on arbeit.swiss.
