What was your biggest challenge in recruiting before the introduction of Dualoo?
Keeping track of the many applicants and the various channels through which they were received, checking the application dossiers promptly and always staying on top of things. I also found it difficult to communicate with the line.

Collaboration within the company is greatly simplified. I can manage everything centrally in one place (advertisements, application dossiers, communication with applicants, exchange with the line).
What is your favourite function in Dualoo?
There are many. But the various ways of communicating with everyone involved in the recruiting process makes it much easier to work together. And also that the people involved can rate the application dossiers and write their notes on them.
How did the training / implementation go?
Very uncomplicated, practical, I was able to store all settings in the tool together with Tamara, create templates and integrate our wishes in Dualoo.
