What was your biggest challenge in recruiting before the introduction of Dualoo?
Dealing with the large number of emails was confusing. It was also important to me that we meet the requirements of the new Data Protection Act with Dualoo.
How does Dualoo make your everyday life easier?
I have a good overview, can forward the applicants to the appropriate jobs and I also like the fact that the whole recruiting process is well documented.

Since January, we have received around 170 dossiers and Dualoo is supporting a rapid recruiting process. I hope that Dualoo will continue to develop and I look forward to contributing my suggestions.
