What was your biggest challenge in recruiting before the introduction of Dualoo?

The biggest challenge was to organise the entire application process efficiently and transparently. In particular, coordinating between the various departments and managing applications without a tool was time-consuming and confusing.

Why did you choose Dualoo?

We chose Dualoo because it offers a clear, user-friendly and data protection-compliant solution that is specially tailored to the needs of recruitment in SMEs. It enables us to manage the entire application process digitally and have all relevant information centrally available.

How does Dualoo make your everyday life easier?

Dualoo makes our everyday lives easier, especially by automating many manual processes. The simple management of applications and the ability to communicate more efficiently internally saves us time and provides more structure in the application process. We can also react more quickly to applications and always have a good overview.

What is your favourite function in Dualoo?

My favourite functions are the application ratings, which simplify collaboration with the team leaders and employees involved, the matching system, which shows which applicant has received the best ratings, and the option to add comments or additional text to the ratings. This not only gives us a clear overview, but also valuable qualitative assessments. However, there are many great functions that support the entire application process.

How did the training / implementation go?

The training and implementation went smoothly. We were well supported by Dualoo and the tool is so intuitively designed that we were quickly able to use it independently. If we had any questions, the support team was always quick to help.

What three adjectives would you use to describe Dualoo?

Efficient, user-friendly, likeable

What else did you want to say?

We particularly appreciate the personal contact we had with the Dualoo team at the trade fairs, as well as the immediate assistance with questions or problems via the chat function. This fast and direct support is very valuable to us and has made the collaboration even more pleasant.
