What was your biggest challenge in recruiting before the introduction of Dualoo?
Incoming application dossiers were ‘waiting’ in various places: In a cupboard, on a PC or in an employee’s pending drawer. Then came the effort of manually entering every letter and the high demands placed on me to process them on time.

What is your favourite function in Dualoo?
That’s a good question, but it’s not so easy to answer. There are so many valuable functions that I would hate to emphasise just one.
How did the training / implementation go?
Simple, fast and uncomplicated. As we were in a hurry, we started directly with the first concrete job advertisement. I was always able to rely on the Dualoo support team in every situation.
