What was your biggest challenge in recruiting before the introduction of Dualoo?

Before Dualoo was introduced, the administrative burden was particularly high. Applications came in through various channels, coordination often took place via email, and it wasn’t always easy to keep track of the candidates’ current status.

Why did you choose Dualoo?

It was important to us to find a solution that is easy to understand, centralizes the recruiting process, and is both modern and user-friendly. Dualoo particularly impressed us because the platform is designed with real-world applications in mind. We were also impressed by its value for money.

How does Dualoo make your everyday life easier?

Dualoo makes everyday life easier, primarily by providing a centralized overview and automating many administrative tasks. Communication has become easier, and we save a lot of time when processing and coordinating applications.

If you compare your day-to-day recruiting routine before and after Dualoo, where do you save the most time now?

We save the most time today on coordination and administration. In the past, many steps had to be done manually; today, numerous processes are automated. Overall, depending on the recruitment phase, we estimate that we’re cutting administrative effort by about 30%. We notice the time savings most clearly when reviewing and coordinating applications internally.

How did the training / implementation go?

The implementation process was very straightforward and practical. Tamara from Dualoo provided us with excellent support.
