The recruiting process was completely analog and correspondingly time-consuming. As part of our digitalization projects, we looked for the right e-recruitment software for us.

Dualoo is a simple but very efficient tool in terms of its structure. It is self-explanatory, which not only makes my everyday life easier, but also that of my colleagues. The job vacancies are quickly created and uploaded and you have everything in one place and a wonderful overview.
What is your favourite function in Dualoo?
There are many features that I appreciate – one of my favorites is the quick and easy creation of advertisements. I also find the clear presentation of the jobs and the corresponding dossiers very helpful. The individually definable steps in the recruiting process, which can be adapted and completed as required, are also particularly practical.
How did the training / implementation go?
Great, Daniela looked after us very well and introduced us to Dualoo step by step. The introduction went quickly and without any major problems.
