How does a training course work?
Depending on the scope of the training package (S, M, L), we support you for 4h, 8h or 24h in setting up Dualoo. The training sessions are divided into several (online) dates. We go through the settings and features of Dualoo step by step and adapt them to your company-specific processes. As the focus of the training is on the settings, the training is primarily aimed at the Dualoo administrators in your company.
Are there termination periods?
You can take out a monthly or annual subscription to Dualoo. In both cases, we ask you to notify us of any cancellation at least 5 days before the subscription expires.
What is the difference between the "Apprentices & interns" and "Employees" modules?
In the module for apprentices trainees, there are a few small differences in the job advertisement, e.g. the option to enter the training qualification or the duration of training. In addition, our pricing model is designed in such a way that each of our customers only pays for what is actually needed. A company that has no trainees, for example, can only book the employee module.
How long will it take until we are ready for Go Live?
We customise the training schedule to your individual needs. We recommend one training session per week. This gives you time in between for any “homework”. This way, Dualoo is ready for use in approx. 1-1.5 months. Do you want it to go faster? No problem. Some customers had Dualoo live after just one day of setup.
