Rejection letter template – for employees or apprentices
Sending a rejection letter to an applicant is probably not one of your favorite things to do. Nevertheless, it is one of the most important tasks in recruitment. Why? Rejections are also part of personnel marketing. More importantly, the applicant has taken the time and effort to apply, so this is expected by the company.
A rejection without a reason leaves the applicants uncertain, so if possible, a reason should always be included in the rejection. Whenever time permits, and especially the further the applicants has gotten in the application process, the rejection should be supplemented with individual elements.
